Kathryn Russell

Kathryn brings to Colour Coaching a depth of knowledge and skills she has developed in her career as a manager and trainer of staff in the Contact Centre industry.

She loves meeting people from different cultures and backgrounds and enjoys the diversity this brings.  Her skill is in finding the best approach to help people understand new concepts and to reach their goals.

 She is trained in several alternative health practices including Massage and Reiki and is a Journey Practitioner. Through this she has developed the skills to facilitate others in their healing process.

Her personal experience of Colour Coaching is one of astounding revelation and transformation.This led her to train as a Colour Coach. She is excited by the simplicity of the method and that anyone can have access to the “Power of Colour”.
