Mary brings to Colour Coaching a combination of her own healing journey and her career experience. She has specialised in teaching children with reading and learning difficulties, and in her deputy principal role, has trained other teachers in learning styles; she continues to run seminars on reading for teachers.

Mary's own health issues have led her to experience many different healing modalities, and to understand the mind, body, spirit connection. She has trained as a therapist in 'The Journey.'  She has always been a seeker of ways for herself, and others to understand themselves better, and to find skilful solutions to improve their lives. She loves introducing people to the power of colour to help them express their 'true colours' and to live their lives freely. In her colour coaching, she enjoys seeing the insights that arise from the translation of the colours, and the clarity it gives to the client about themselves and the direction they want to take.
