Clare started off her career as a nurse, where she noticed there were patterns in the process of disease. She felt that if a person could address their thoughts & emotions, then perhaps their health would improve. Since then, Clare has been assisting people to help themselves to better health.

Clare has trained in a number of holistic therapies & has developed her own unique healing technique that includes: Energy/Crystal Healing, The Psychology of Colour using the Colour Comfort Method & the use of Aromatherapy Essences. She is also an Angel Intuitive™, trained by Doreen Virtue. Clare works intuitively, using the appropriate therapy needed for each client.
