There are over 100 dual coloured bottles in the Aura-Soma system, called Equilibrium bottles. There are two liquids in each bottle. The top layer is oil soluble plant extracts in pure, olive oil. The oil layer gently floats over the base of water soluble plant extracts in purified water. In some of the bottles the colours of the oil and water fractions are the same, but in most, the two fractions are different.
The Aura Soma system
The Aura Soma is used to identify the colours you are most attracted to. It is based on the principle that colour stimulates the sub-conscious mind, bypassing the logical analytical mind.
In working with colour we access a greater part of ourselves, a part that instinctively knows the restorative and supportive aspects of colour. It is due to the plant and crystal extracts that go into making up the Aura Soma Equilibrium range. The more we work at this level the greater our awareness becomes and the more conscious our understanding of the self. How do you use Aura Soma? You personally select your favourite four Equilibrium bottles from the 100 plus available colour combinations. To help you understand your selection on a conscious - mental level, COLOUR COMFORT will interpret your bottles and describe what they could represent. This may assist you in addressing personal issues or areas of your life where you may need to create greater balance. You then apply your colours to your skin at the specific area of the body.

Aura Soma is a non-intrusive, self-selective system for gaining insight into yourself. Vicky Wall, the founder of Aura Soma used to say ‘You are the colours you choose’, and these colours reflect your needs. Because the emphasis is on you, and not the practitioner, you have ultimate choice about what you do with any information you may receive.
To monitor your own progress in life you can have an Aura Soma consultation every 3 – 4 months, or whenever your Equilibrium bottle has finished.
